the scar-sandaled foot
the dead and buried dress up
for their meeting flight
on that windup 
the springing sight

the robed children sing the logos theme 
but every knee shall kneel to the same 

of the pierced lamb 
the aleph & the tav
the propitiation on the altar slab

routed death, tore the veil
the vacant tomb the proof
the lamb-king, now hale

now receive the blood gift
of the christmas-child alive
and join the scar-handed siesta lift
