after hours, went in the circle-k for a beer a forty eight magnum
the cashier a flower arrangement ogled the cut of her shape
gyroscope the eyes out of sync overtook into puppy staring
schoolboy she smiled at me her purple hair
the high-top canvas tennis shoes
asked me to early morning dinner after work that stirred
the embers creator created the indomitable appetite

that undressed a siesta on the tower
of paris

the theaters of losangeles

and the marine drive with bollywood starlet in bombay

but this sweetheart - full of life - with her undulating machine oiled
& smooth strutting her poetry - lit the lamp post
of my..

..now that beer
