walk the Murphy dog; she shakes with exuberance
get a mile in, about 2000 steps, sun, blue, tulips
2 squirrels chasing each other, Murphy wants in
2 handfuls of food, a splash of water, she sits
watching for the signal, wait for it, okay
nose in her dish, the sound of slurp-crunch
water now rolling, pour into a decanter 
with 2 bags of chamomile and one ginger
never was a fan of chamomile; I always
preferred coffee --changes for the better
and chamomile is dope if one takes the time
to savor it --I won't miss the Bucks of the stars
